I bought my first flat in South London back in the late 2000s, scraped together a deposit, and made plenty of mistakes along the way. Since then, I’ve built a solid portfolio of rental properties, renovated tired homes into income-producing assets, and navigated everything from dodgy contractors to shifting tax laws.
